Students enter the Program in 10th grade and take Global Justice English and History. These courses follow the required curriculum with some important differences. The courses are interdisciplinary, multi-level (honors, ACP, CP), and have an increased focus on global issues, especially on globalization.
As students enter 11th grade, the focus on the United States position in the world. Students study the required U.S. history and literature curriculum, but focus on the connection between the U.S. and the world. Topics that help to do this are trade, immigration and human rights.
